Our Parent Company BP Recruiting and Media Services was started in 2005 by former truck driver Bryan Roberts .  In 2004 he left trucking due to a back injury and became an inside recruiter for Triple G Express which is an intermodal trucking company based in New Orleans LA.  He enjoyed helping drivers and helping the company manage the demand for drivers. He eventually decided to leave the company for bigger and better things with a couple of stops along the way including USA-Truck as an inside recruiter and JB hunt as a field recruiter. While recruiting for JB hunt he realized that drivers really didn’t have the time to find the right trucking job, in most cases they would just keep trying different companies until they found one that fit their needs. Bryan soon after decided working with several trucking companies would allow him the ability to offer drivers many choices. 

The first few months he was working with and things were going very well he made the decision to add a few more companies and increase his marketing budget. Since then we have grown to as many as 13 recruiters, built or purchased 4 websites, implemented tenstreet truck driver recruiting software, added a new state of the art phone system, and most importantly we have become a valuable asset to each company and driver we represent.
